Brian Snellgrove, the founder of Touchstone Consultancy is an experienced respected consultant, based in the UK and working internationally. He has been supporting businesses to help them grow since 1973 and now works together with his business and real life partner Francoise Sauze. During this time, they have enabled clients to achieve very significant savings in time and money, particularly in the selection of staff.

Brian has a degree in social science and a background in industry. In the mid 1970s, he pioneered the use of photographic techniques in diagnosing psychological problems and demonstrated this nationally and internationally.

Brian worked in South Africa for some years identifying and encouraging artists, often working in isolation and producing very good work. This gave him a particular passion to seek out the creative talents in his clients.

Touchstone has worked with clients in 17 countries, honing HR support skills across a wide variety of recruitment needs including IT, retailing, Human Resources, Import/Export, Local Government, Art dealership, manufacturing to name just a few.

Touchstone is particularly cost effective when assisting in the selection of individuals for key posts in an organization. When provided with the selection criteria for specific job roles e.g. motivation, honesty, team player, technical ability Touchstone then assesses the candidates, providing the employer with a confidential report scoring each of the set criteria.
