Our aim is to help you find the right person for the job.

 

We assist in vetting applicants, examining current job performance and reviewing existing employees in the unfortunate case of having to let someone go.

 

In the first instance we need to know what position you are seeking to fill, the specific skill set and personal qualities that are sought from applicants.

 

Qualities are generally drawn from the following standard list:

honesty, ability to work in a team, suitability for the job, motivation, productivity plus any other qualities you would like us to check.

 

We require to see the candidate CVs, names, approximate age and in some cases a sample of handwriting. We would normally need to speak with the applicants on the phone or interview them in person.

 

For a typical initial sifting exercise involving say 12 individuals we are normally able to provide you with a report within 72 hours, highlighting those individuals most likely to respond positively to your employment opportunity.

 

For more in depth analysis to assist in the final selection of candidates involving say three shortlisted applicants, the service (but with a more detailed insight into their abilities) can normally be provided within 48 hours.

    

We can provide you with a report which you can use in interviews to help tailor your questions to achieve face to face feedback on issues of potential concern.
